These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zawaj Match, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using Zawaj Match, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to promptly update any changes. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Zawaj Match a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to share your content and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Zawaj Match offers auto-renewing subscription plans ("Monthly" and "Yearly"). The current subscription price is shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region, taxes, promotions, and App Store pricing rules. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the then-current period at the applicable renewal price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase. If canceled, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The unused portion of the active period is generally not refunded.
If we offer a free trial, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Zawaj Match, not Apple, and Zawaj Match is solely responsible for the Service and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app. To the extent any warranty exists and the app fails to conform to it, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price paid, if any, in accordance with Apple's policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession and use of the app, including product liability claims, legal/regulatory claims, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
Feature availability may change over time and may depend on account standing, app version, and technical limitations.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue plans, features, and pricing at any time, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any pricing changes apply to future billing periods and, where required, will be communicated in advance.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user content), is owned by or licensed to Zawaj Match and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zawaj Match and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zawaj Match and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts or venues legally permitted for your location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date when required. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
