A. Personal Identity Information

• Account Details: Full name, Username, Email address, Phone number, and Password (encrypted).

B. Sensitive & Religious Information

We collect sensitive data explicitly to ensure religious compatibility:

• Religious Practice: Aqidah (e.g., Salafi, Sunni), Prayer habits (Five times daily), Hijab/Niqab practice, Beard status, and Islamic achievements.
• Marital & Family Status: Marital status (Single, Divorced, Widowed, Married), Polygamy preferences, Children details, and Living arrangements.
• Wali (Guardian) Details: Name and contact number of your Wali or Mahram (strictly for marriage verification purposes).

C. Profile & Preference Data

• Demographics: Date of birth, Nationality, Ethnicity, Country of residence, and Moving preferences.
• Physical Attributes: Height, weight, build, and self-described appearance.
• Socio-economic: Education level, Occupation, and Languages spoken.

D. Device & Usage Data

• Device tokens (for push notifications).
• Login timestamps and subscription status.
• Interaction data (profiles visited, interests sent/received).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Matchmaking: To suggest profiles that align with your specific filters (e.g., Aqidah, Location, Education).
• Verification: To verify serious intent and coordinate with your Wali where applicable.
• Communication: To send notifications about interest requests or app updates.
• Security: To detect and prevent fraud, harassment, or un-Islamic behavior on the platform.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We strictly do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist in hosting, analytics, and notification delivery (e.g., Google Cloud).
• Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
• With Other Users: Your public profile data is visible to other registered users. Sensitive contact details (Phone, Email, Wali's number) are never publicly displayed.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption of sensitive data (like passwords) and secure server connections (SSL/TLS), to protect your information against unauthorized access.

6. Age Restriction

Our services are restricted to users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware of a minor using the service, their account will be terminated immediately.
