    By purchasing a premium subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

    1. General Refund Policy

    All premium subscription purchases on Zawaj Match are generally non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, you gain immediate access to premium features, and the service is considered delivered.

    This policy applies to all subscription durations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

    2. Exceptions & Eligible Refunds

    Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under limited circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Technical Errors: Duplicate charges or billing errors caused by a system malfunction.
    • Service Inaccessibility: Proven inability to access premium features due to a verified technical issue on our end.
    • Unauthorized Transactions: Charges resulting from verified unauthorized use of your account.

    Refund approvals are granted at the sole discretion of Zawaj Match after a thorough review.

    3. Subscription Cancellations

    You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your app store account settings (Google Play or Apple App Store).

    Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period. Premium access will remain active until the end of the subscription term.

    4. Third-Party Payment Platforms

    All in-app purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Refund requests may also be subject to their respective refund policies.

    Zawaj Match does not control and cannot override decisions made by these platforms regarding payments or refunds.

    5. Account Termination & Policy Violations

    If your account is suspended or permanently banned due to violations of our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or safety policies, you will not be eligible for a refund, including for any remaining subscription time.
